We had been searching for a company to lay a concrete pad for our hot tub for a few months. The quotes we received were really high and we questioned whether we would be able to complete our project. We called Pro Grade and they were so responsive! They answered the phone whenever we called and showed up when they said they would. They were not only helpful and professional but their price was significantly lower than the others. I did not use prograde concrete for a job. I did however have a shipment to pick up from the owner who was an awesome guy, super nice and very helpful in loading or riding trowel machine onto an enclosed trailer for me. Again super helpful and super nice guy I would do business with him just based on that.

Pro Grade was here to start the job when they said they would. They worked with us to get the decorative concrete exactly how we would like it. Their work was excellent and so was their clean-up. They finished the job in the time they said. The whole crew was very personable. I highly recommend this company.

Owner and team were very professional and showed up each and everyday promptly and worked diligently. They listened to each and every idea we had as to the way the walkway should be laid out and gave us their ideas so we could make informative decisions. Owner (Gary) was courteous and very helpful in making the whole process go as smoothly as could be including getting the job done right without messing up our existing lawn. Job was done on-time as quoted during the estimate phase. Great group of workers and the owner was outstanding and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the price that was attached to that work.
